If any of our products do not meet your expectations, we want to hear from you. Please email help@clevermushrooms.com and include your order number along with a description of the reason for your return request.
Once we've connected over email, you can return the product to us for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping charges). Our shipping address will be provided via email. Once we receive the item(s) at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase (please note that we do not provide a return shipping label). Remember that the return shipment has its own transit time, so refunds won't be issued immediately.
